In the last 3 weeks, I have had 3 items purchased cancelled, claiming damaged although the most recent one was he couldn’t find it after just taking a photgraph and listing it.
one I asked why had he cancelled and was subjected to verbal abuse…
1 was an auction and 2 were buy it now’s.
now I understand that eBay cannot enforce sales once made but it’s becoming a joke. Every auction is a gamble and I have always honoured every sale, even at a loss.
If I was selling an item and I discovered damage after I sold I would contact the buyer and discuss.
It’s just becoming a farce when people can just do whatever they want without recourse..,
very frustrating
