appeared on the "orders" page on desktop and Ebay also told me on Mobile
you can now click "get labels" and now they've added it in there. Again

Worst Implantation ever. All it needed was sellers to CONFIRM which
postage company they could use or use the defult one we selected. Ive
dispatched items I now cannot "mark as dispatch". They obviously tested
nothing.
