Policy violation on my listing

Hi all, Ive had one of my listings removed as eBay states it is a policy violation. It was a bottle of collectable vintage perfume, 1980s 3/4 full. 

Ive seen many other similar listings so why has mine been removed ? 
Ive sold preowned perfume before without any issues ?

Opened cosmetics aren't allowed.  Just because some people get away with listing them doesn't mean they should be.

It may come down to what category they are listed in as to how closely listings are checked.  For instance you may get away with a Vintage Perfume Bottle in the appropriate category which just happens to have some of the contents remaining whereas it'd be pulled if listed as Perfume in the cosmetics category.  e-Bay is nothing if not inconsistent.

3/4 full is used, there is no used category for perfumes.

In addition it is illegal in many cases to send used perfumes through the post. They are highly flammable. Some carriers are not limited to using the road and will use air as well, where it could explode.
