Updating postage

With Royal Mail changing and increasing their postage costs as and when they feel like it, I'm having to go through each of my items to alter the postage. Does Ebay have a facility to do this all at once?Thanks

Ebay tracking feature

Shipping Fee discrepancy

Really strange that ebay have my deliveries showing as delayed but in fact my items were delivered (I always use Royal Mail Signed-For).Is there a glitch or something going on here.
