Prepaid Royal Mail Label (Error)

Hi, 
I am trying to generate a pre-paid Royal Mail label, well, have been since last night, but I keep being met with the same message above, "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."   The lady who has purchased my label is residing in Jersey (UK); however, looking at Royal Mail, I should be able to deliver there.  Can this be resolved or looked into, please?

Are you sure it's RM?   If it might be Evri they do  have a problem with the channel islands.  You'd have to cancel transaction and reilst after opting out of Evri here:
