Some of my buyers have not yet been refunded for unused simple delivery labels. Is this a general problem?
The transactions I'm looking at are all more than 40 days ago - 1 from September, 1 in November and 4 in December. After spending a lot of time this afternoon trying to get the bot to d/w the query, then on hold to customer services (sigh) the only advice they can give is to tell the individual buyers to contact Ebay customer services themselves to request repayment of the postage amounts. I thought this was supposed to be automated?
