International postage tables no longer working

Hi,

I initially posted this on the Member to Member support, but a couple of users messaged me privately asking that I post it here for a better chance of being seen. Hope that's OK.

I have international postage tables set up to provide an accurate P&P cost depending on location. However, for the past few months, eBay is showing some buyers a flat rate regardless of location, rendering my postagle tables  pointless.

For example, I set international postage to Royal Mail International Tracked and apply the postage table. I cannot leave the price box empty, so I put £15. P&P to X country costs £20, as set out in the postage table, but the buyer is charged £15. This leaves me £5 short.

eBay's support team have escalated it to the technical team twice. The first time, the technical team did not understand the issue; the second time - well, I'm still waiting for an answer. This issue seems to seriously confuse eBay's live agents, which is making accessing support difficult. Some agents have been really helpful, whilst some have said I do not need to select an international shipping option if I am using a postage table, which does not seem to be possible.

Has anyone else experienced this and have you managed to resolve it? Are there any settings which could be conflicting with the postage tables? I'd appreciate any insight, thank you.

Hi,

My Sister has a Private eBay Account and sells Internationally.

Since Simple Delivery started she finds it easier to be Registered with Global Shipping and send via eBay's Simple delivery to the GSP UK Hub for them to send on to the Buyer's Country (extra fees would have been included to the advert for the Buyer to pay).
