Postage to Malta

Hi, I have an item for sale which a customer in Malta wants to buy......no problem, as it's listed with Ebay's Global shipping programme, and Malta is one of the countries listed. However, when she clicks to buy it, it says that the seller doesn't post to Malta........

Help please.

Are you open to shipping internationally yourself? If you are just work out the cost on Royal Mail’s site (or the courier you want to use) and edit the listing to give the option. Personally I’d add a bit onto the cost of postage, it is more time consuming to fill out the customs forms etc and carries a bit more risk as you don’t have the protection of GSP.

Surely it should either say you post worldwide or individually list the countries, not just show the UK.

I only post to the UK - here is what I see ( I will not do international post), if it is not excluded it must be included by inference ( I know that Australia is missing for some reason!):
