the royal mail said my item was delivered signed for 

it was not Ebay don’t believe me

what do I do

Are you the buyer or the seller?

If tracking was used,  and tracking has shown delivery to the name and address on the delivery order,  then eBay has to agree with this confirmation, otherwise no point in a seller paying extra for tracking.

In your opening post, you say ' eBay don't believe me',  have you opened a case for item not received, but tracking showed delivery?

Could the item have been left in a not so ' safe place', and was stolen?  This happens a lot.

two days before it was not delivered i had messages saying it was to be delivered then and again the day before but no red cards i was in on all days
the best was could not gain access when postie handed me an item from another order
