parts not working

site changed about a week ago.  can search etc but can't add items to watch list. the buy it now/submit bid buttons are ghosted and I've missed a couple of offers because the review offer button is ghosted and unresponsive.  also, when there are multiple photos,  only the 1st one will load. using mobile and direct from bank payment.  have been to check with the bank who say no issues have been flagged up. any suggestions?

The app has lots of issues. 

Try website instead.

thanks for your help but I am using the website version. I did try the app
and while ago but it caused a load of problems on my mobile phones memory
so I uninstalled it. I'll try customer service again. cheers.

Stick with a laptop / PC , and perhaps it can be the choice of browser you are using?

Try Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay.

 Logging off completely,  logging back on with the above device and browser,  and clear cache and cookies,  try from there, hopefully that should work.

thanks for the info. I've updated chrome on my phone and that seems to
have solved the issue. now I just need to worry about my spending habits.

Good to know Chrome was the answer,  and apologies in advance for the damage now , which may be done to your ' purse' ! 😐
