Hi, I placed an order on 1st Nov which I have not received but have been charged for. The seller has not responded to any of my messages and his business has been shut down.
Ebay keep telling me to contact the seller but his contact details have also been removed. Ebay messaged me today to say that I should have the item by 4th Nov - it is actually now the 13th.
Does anyone know of a contact tel number where I can actually speak to someone and not a virtual assistant? I'm going round in circles and not getting any help at all.
