I sold for two years and had a good rating, but I was banned. I can't sell and I can't withdraw my money. Ebay is holding it in my account, which is blocked. My question is: when will I get my money back?

Only eBay will know. It will probably depend upon the reason why you were banned from selling.

This can range from the entirely innocent, e.g. a family member at the same address having been banned, to a suspicion of fraudulent activity.

At the very least, eBay will retain your funds while the window is open for buyers to claim refunds under eBay's 30 day money back guarantee. It could be very much longer.

What was the email that you received from ebay state? You have sold a lot of new looking items in different sizes up until the past few days, so it may be that ebay want information on the source of the items, or for you to upgrade your account or another reason.

Generally once monies on hold expect to wait in the region of 170-180 days as @papso22  mentions.
