cannot mark as dispatched

i posted my item using an stamp i already had but cannot mark as dispatched

If you sell items which are listed with Simple Delivery but use your own postage, you can't add tracking or mark the item as sent.

If you open the original Simple Delivery label that should mark the item as dispatched.    Click on Get prepaid label >  Get prepaid label and QR code.  It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it).
