I sold two identical items and the same buyer bought both so packaged into one box, one will never show delivery , what is the process? Do I make sure feedback is left for both items

Feedback will only get your money released for items under £25.

For other items, with no tracking, you will be paid after 14 days, so on day 15.

Oh okay but as it will never show as delivered how long before eBay and being they are non contactable hold that money , it moves daily to a different date , so I thought get the seller to leave feedback on both then maybe eBay being oh so clever will realise the item is delivered .

It has to be tracking shows delivered + 48 hours or 14 days with no tracking unless the item sold for under £25, in which case Ebay do accept FB as proof of delivery.

eBay may release money for low value items when feedback is left, but it doesn't prove that an item was delivered.

Buyers can always claim that feedback was left by mistake. It isn't even taken into account in cases under eBay's money back guarantee.

The item has feedback and yet it still remains on hold and contacting eBay these days is a joke.

If it is over £25, without tracking you will be paid after 14 days, so on day 15, even if feedback is left.

Was the item over £25?

If it was, you will just have to wait for payment.

Those are the new payment terms for private sellers and there is no point in contacting Ebay to ask them to change the rules for you.

It’s was over 25 but I still fail to see why we cannot speak to an agent within eBay or find any support what is wrong with eBay

You can speak to an agent if you wish link below,  but they will only tell you what other members here have explained,  that is,  it's only tracking showing delivery, and not feedback for an item over the value of £25,  which will release the money 2 days after that delivery date.

No tracking.... the payout is held for a minimum of 14 days before release.

If you wish for Customer Services to confirm this, it may be a long wait for them to answer, then here's how.  It's a Call Back option.

In addition to having to wait for your money, if buyer chose to open a not received case, they would be refunded at your expense.

Individual tracking and proof of delivery is the only protection for a seller, or cancel sales and resell as one item.

The seller has left positive feedback for both items eBay should account for selling two things to a repeat buyer where we pack in the same box, eBay needs to get with the program
