Sent wrong items to 2 buyers

I had orders for 2 similar items and sent the wrong one to each buyer. I think I clicked the wrong generate label  each time,  I'll print myself in future and double check !

Is there a way for them to post the items to each other rather than cancel the order. I will pay the postage.  Wondered if I can generate a prepaid label to send to them with the other persons address on as they still both want the item they ordered.

I've tried Ebay help but as buyers haven't opened a case yet I can't talk to anyone.

No,  they should not post their items to the correct buyer,  they should open case for item not as described,  you pay for that tracked return postage to receive the items.  Refund on return of the items.

You can then relist them if the buyers wish to buy them again.
