Somehow, I have managed to underpay a label and so my that I have sent out to the eBay authentication centre is being held at Royal Mail. Usually, the customer receives a card and it has a reference number which is required to make the payment.
In this instance, it is going to eBay. I understand eBay wouldnt make the payment but I happy to do this however I need the details on the card Royal Mail leave behind.
Has this happened to anyone? I am not sure how to resolve this.
