Not receiving payment

I sold a coat and intended to send it via Evri. I obtained a barcode. But then I decided to send via Royal Mail. However, because Evri never registered it as delivered I did not get my payout. What do I do?

Not receiving payment

First mark the item as dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label.   Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.
