I've lost my account

I was trying to change postage settings on my account but now my account has just disappeared and i can only log into my old account ugh I had bids and was was waiting on payments for items please help x

Accounts can't just disappear.  What happens when you try that username and password?

Do not try logging in with Google or Facebook.

 Have you unintentionally opened another account ? --- Reported to happen when using Phones /Apps to Login using Apple/Google/FB links resulting in opening a 'cloned' account with lost history/missing/corrupted details.

Using a PC/Laptop, log out and try to recover the Original account/history with a fresh Homepage login >  www.ebay.co.uk  < and previous/usual email/Username/s/Password/s etc. --- any new account can then remain unused or closed.
