Funds not in eBay balance

I made a sale, and funds are saying available since 19th sep. But they aren't showing in my eBay balance.  Is this normal?

Yep, it is normal especially if you are a new or returning seller then your initial payouts could be held for a little longer.

I take it you have fully registered with eBay's Managed Payments?
