How to remove a fake negative feedback

If they didn't pay and you've cancelled the order citing Buyer Has not Paid, that feedback should be removed.
My personal recommendation would be to wait until tomorrow and contact eBay Customer Services, very first thing, when the lines first open att 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering. Explain buyer has not paid for said item please may this very unfair feedback be removed.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p .m.

adding to the advice already given -
As the listing ended on 8th July you are way out of time to do anything regarding non-payment.
You cannot make your own negative feedback by adding red dots to positive feedback and if the buyer reports your false positive it will damage your account.
