Evri postage

Whenever a seller uses Evri to send my orders i NEVER recieve my items

Private sellers do not have full control over their postage choices under Simple Delivery,  but they can,  if they wish,  exclude Evri.

All I can suggest is if you have an unreliable Evri delivery service, then before buying,  ask the seller to exclude Evri,  or only post if they can,  by any other postal / courier service.

How many claims of Not Received have you opened?

This could work against you as ebay make the refund, and no doubt would pick up  any buyer making repeat claims, and they seem to be happy to continue using Evri despite their terrible record.
