Hello there, I arranged for a DHL pick up for tomorrow and realised I did not set up the right collection point (it has my old work address). How can I arrange this to collect from home? Thanks, Ben
You could try ringing DHL but I don't think you can change it now. It's a pain but probably best thing is to cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist after you've corrected your address, for the buyer to buy again.
