Customers Used 3 return labels to return they orders

Hello, the customer ordered 3 purses from us. She didn't like them, but used the "been sent the wrong item button" to get a free return label. Now I have found out she has used three return labels to send the orders back, when one label could have been used for all three items, costing us nearly £10. Is there anything I can do about this?

You can report the seller to Ebay for abusing the Money Back Guarantee and then ask Ebay if they will perhaps refund the postage costs to you.

Generally, if buyers have to open a case for each return, they do need to send each return using a separate label so they have evidence that the seller has received the returns.
