Contact ebay by phone, how?

 Hi all. I downloaded a postage label this morning and on it i noticed it included a return address for me that I have not had for 10 years. But when I checked that address is not included anywhere in the list of addresses on my account. I cannot find that address anywhere, so how can I remove it? The automated service is usless. Im going around in circles trying to contact ebay. How do I call them?

It might help to clear cookies and redo them.

You cannot call them, there's no phone number for eBay,  it's a Call Back option,  I will provide details for this below,  as it seems access to your account is needed.

Just one more check to make and use a laptop / PC for this,  check all 5 addresses are correct here in link below, I know you have checked,  but do one last check before having to wait for CS to answer.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
