Can't add / update existing combinations in multi variation listings

From around 5pm on 1st October, I've been unable to add and update existing combinations in my multivariation listings. When selecting the Add Combination option, I should be presented with a list of variations that I have already added and saved - instead the system is just presenting me with a number "1" in the attribute field. Even when I create new attributes, these don't appear in the drop-down list for selection. I've tried in 3 browsers and I'm experiencing the same issue so it's clearly a tech fault. Has this issue been reported to the devs? I'm losing money. Will I get a rebate on my Shop fee as I am unable to use all of the functions I am paying for and cannot update my inventory?

Update - October 2nd - still hasn't been fixed! I still cannot update my inventory.

October 4th - sill no fix - I still cannot update my inventory. Have made contact via the Ask eBay chat account on X and have submitted details and I would suggest anyone else experiencing this issue do the same

Guess what? October 5th - STILL NOT BEEN FIXED. The Ask eBay chat representative on Twitter has raised a ticket (I've sent them an item ID and screenshots). I've also clicked the "?" at the bottom of an eBay page and reported a technical fault via that option.  I suggest anyone experiencing this issue does the same.

Update - October 7th - STILL NOT FIXED. Contacted eBay again via their Ask eBay chat on X. Details of the fault submitted again. This time, I directed the representative to this thread so they had all the info. The also accessed some of my listings so could see the fault first hand. This has all been sent again to the Tech Team with a view to having a fix in the next 48 hours. If you are experiencing this fault you need to highlight this to eBay. The more sellers who report it, the more seriously eBay will take it......or am I just being naive?

I know this - I'm posting in here as I cannot be the only member experiencing this fault. My hope is that other members see this and also report the issue to CS - the more of us who report it, the quicker eBay should implement a fix (you would hope). It's been over a week and there has still not been a fix.

I've had DMs from other members who are experiencing the same issue - the point of posting these and other updates is to encourage those members who use multivariation listings to report the issue to eBay via whatever path they have available to them (Live Chat / the Report an Issue option at the bottom of the eBay page "?" / Twitter X via the Ask eBay Chat account). One would hope that the more sellers who report the issue to eBay, the quicker they will implement a fix. It's been over a week now and I have stock sat here that I cannot post because I can't edit my inventory.

@ukbackissues just a heads up to give you an idea of possible timeframes - the recent tech issue with Inventory which meant that you couldn't submit any listings saved there started the first week of July and has just been sorted this week. Hopefully your issue will be sorted much quicker than that but the wheels do turn slowly so be prepared for it to take a while longer yet.
