New Payout Rules for Business Accounts

Promotion doesn't work and is daylight robbery.
A mint 1935 early Keith Murray Moonstone dinner plate for £11.50 with Promotion is ridiculous. EBay is shamelessly skinning users with a service that is useless. Unfortunately it is an effective monopoly and even owns "competitors" like Gumtree.
