Buyer opened a return stating I have engraved the wrong details and the sent an image showing so, this was in fact exactly what they stated in the note to seller.
as usual ebay auto approves the return, so I called CS they state wait 3 days then call back.
Calls back in 3 days oh the return has stated so until its returned you cannot do anything....
They said having looked at the details that I infact engraved what they asked for it will be a closed case for me.
Item has been returned so call CS, only to be told Either refund and close the case or dont refund and let ebay refund then appeal.
What a load of BS, CS just fob you off and promise return calls and they never return calls, this is it for me ill be closing my ebay account and jumping everything over to other platforms, as sales as everyone knows for ebay have dropped 5-70% year on year...
