Item still awaiting dispatch and seller doesn't respond to my request.

Hi, I bought an item on 29th November. Till the 11th of January, seller hadn't dispatched the item and I opened request. He didn't respond my request and I tried to reach ebay customer service. AI assistant said some rule about 44 days of purchase time. It says money guarantee is not possible. What can I do?

If you have let more than 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery,  then you have left it too late to claim with eBay.

You can try your  payment provider now for help with your refund.
