I'm trying to list some comics this morning and I can't get my international rate tables to apply. I select add International Postage, select my rate table and yet when I start the listing it doesn't have the international shipping options on it. Is this a known issue - very annoying as these comics often sell to Australia or the US but they won't buy them if they can't see them. Just what I need - even fewer buyers!
