Several months ago, we upgraded our shop to the Anchor tier, mainly because it includes an invitation to the eBay Concierge service.
However, despite multiple attempts over the past few months to contact eBay customer support, we have unfortunately received inconsistent information and a bit of a run-around regarding our concierge invitation.
I would really appreciate it if someone here could assist us in getting the invitation to the concierge service, as I see this issue has come up a few times before and was successfully resolved.
