Just trying to work out if everybody got a message this morning advising them on how to obtain Premium Service status when they already had it, or not?
All of my listings are listed as free shipping, being sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or Tracked 24 for a small additional fee) but the Premium Service badge has definitely gone from my listings, and the message says that I don't offer free shipping, I don't offer express delivery (Tracked 24 should qualify) and only 21% of my listings offer tracked delivery, despite them all being on the same postage policy.
Just noticed my Late Delivery Rate calculation has switched from a 12-month period to a 3-month one, too.
Anybody else?

Just looked and your not showing the badge.
So something has changed somewhere. Double check your policies etc.
I think that it might be that you appear to be offering tracked 24, which I don't think qualifies for the express option. I have an option of special delivery as well.
It could however just be a glitch, so might be worth giving it 24 hours.

I think I'll give it a day, as you say, and see what happens.
Main reason being that I've had the badge for at least six months with this postage policy, and the fact it thinks that NONE of my listings have free shipping when they actually all do suggests there's been a botch somewhere 😄

I think there is something not quite right with that message - I got it and mine said that "3% of your listings offer a tracked delivery service." - Well all of my items offer a tracked service - 48 hour and 24 hour , so not sure where they are looking. 🤔

Yes, I'm thinking the same. I've asked eBay CS and got no reply, so went to eBay on Facebook and they're looking into it. So far, they've suggested that I change my handling time on one item as a test.
Not entirely sure you can change it on one item, and I've had the Premium Service badge for at least a year and there have been no changes, but there you go... 😄

You can. You change it from within the listing itself.
Amend the policy directly from there and there is an option to only make the change on that listing.

Ah, fair enough, thanks - I'll give it a go. I don't hold out much hope for it making any difference, but we shall see.
