Ebay Announcements - Cant find one?

Probably being twp but the early October 24 announcement on E-bikes and Baby Toys policies, 

I just cant find it, tried search and the Announcements and News sections

Am I missing something or has it disappeared?

I try and remember to bookmark the help page now, when it's announced, as most are a nightmare to find afterwards.

I appreciate the links being sent what it is, but its specifically the announcement

You're correct; it seems to have have vanished. I tried Google - which brought up all the national news stories about the announcement - and also this member-to-member board post. Now armed with some of the wording from the announcement I tried Google again but the above post was the only result.

Quite a few announcements seem to disappear now.  Sometimes they don't even go out as an announcement, they just go out in emails to some users (and I think this may have been one of them). I raised the fact that I hadn't received a fairly important announcement type email on the weekly chat, and was told that they would make sure I get any future ones - but I still don't get them.

I think screen shots are the order of the day, and bookmark any link in the announcement.

Thank you, I had been searching for that!

Yes, that was the one, there was no announcement, just an email to some sellers. When I was told on the community chat that they would check why I didn't get the message, they also told me they wouldn't be able to resent it, which seemed a bit odd!

I think many announcements get morphed into the policy pages and then deleted.

Was after the announcement specifically to send as back up information to include in cases of reporting sellers.

It was clear black and white and would not require any work for CS to trawl through
