Unable to print off postage labels

Recently and this seems to tie in with simple delivery Ive been having isses with printing Evri postage labels when I make a sale ,when I hit the print button on the item to print my printer seems to work but all I get is a blank piece of paper No label ,so I then down loaded the label  and then tried to print from my downloads file the same thing happens paper goes through no print and empty piece of paper,so Ive had to use the QR code and print at a Evri shop ,but my wife who also has account has no problems printing so I tried her laptop with my ebay account it still would not print ,Its like theres some sort of block on my account with me unable to print Evri labels ,I had no issue pre simple delivery

   Any suggestions welcome I feel trying to converse with someone via ebays contact method will end up with me going around in circles

This wouldn't be a block or anything like that, this sounds more like a settings or format issue. Just wondering, is this happening only with Evri labels or all labels in general? Has this been constant or has it only happened every now and then?

thankyou for your reply but it seems to be just Evri ,Ive just sold a item to be sent via royal mail and i printed the postage label with no problem also Ive had no other issue with other printed documents 

as i have said it worked ok prior to simple postage we like the way simple postage works but this is frustrating
