Hi All, I just wanted to hear everyone else's experiences as i feel i am sometimes the only person going through these situations. I get quite a few customers that buy items, keep it a few days and return it used. Some in original condition, some not. In the beginning i tried to fight it but realised quickly you do not refund them, they quick to threaten with negative feedback. Some items i have "free returns" so i get punished for return reasons such as "just did not like it" I am also finding on these message boards others are experiencing similar buyers that accuse you of selling fakes only to either keep the item for free, or give negative feedback and destroy your business, when they did not read or understand the product advert. Sure ebay removes the comment but that negative stain is never removed. Does anyone have any better way of dealing with these buyers ? I mean i am sure you all agree, 1 negative feedback of "this is fake" and your ebay business just plummets.... Does anyone else experience similar problems and how do you deal with the buyers ? I try to always be friendly and helpful and ask them how we can resolve there problem, but does not always work or sometimes they wont even reply. Becomes frustrating at times and very stressful, when you reliant on ebay for an income. Any opinions / thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
