Any one else posted to GPS at unit 3 dove close had a funny experience with an item

Hi all i posted an item to GPS Unit 3 dove close Fradley park i have had the buyer on saying he as not recevived the item i chackd the tracking and found the item was signed for, then i get a message from Ebay saying they have refunded the buyer at no charge to me,

without an explanation i have trie to contact Ebay but cant get any where 

 

got any ideas

Your post isn't clear. Are you talking about the GSP (Ebay's Global Shipping Programme)...? If so, the address you ship to is the global shipping hub in Lichfield. Once tracking proves safe delivery to that address, your job is done. If the package is lost or damaged after that, the global shipper is responsible.

if you mean by Global -

 

As you have not lost out best leave it alone.

 

As T&C continually change it might be best to look at the prohibited items regarding Global.

As a seller all you have to do is deliver to the GSP Hub. From that point on any loss in transit is the responsibility of GSP not you, so they have to refund. This may be the explanation.

 

Not as described cases are still your responsibility however.
