scam selling free nhs hearing aid batteries

scam a fellow is selling the free  hearing aid batteries that you get from nhs when you have a hearing supplied by them, at the top of the pack it says free not for resale, i bought them then did a close up of the listing photo, I don't want to pay for them now as I think it's wrong to rip the nhs off, what can I do to stop ebay giving me a non payment thinky

It would be worth phoning eBay customer support, if you can get through.

 

EBay only cares about itself, which may help you as eBay wouldn't want bad publicity over people selling free, not for resale NHS batteres here.

 

You could mention that you are contacting the national press with this story, this may frighten them. It's worth a try!

 

Otherwise, as you presumamable have the seller's name and address, you could notify their health authority. Reselling NHS items items supplied to patients on a not for resale basis may even be an offence.

Nothing. The Seller has 2 days before he can open an Unpaid Item Case. You can Report the Listings even though you have bought some. There is a Report Link on every Listing Page.
