Money not showing on PayPal (neither on hold or balance)

Hi, I have just sold an item on eBay and the seller has paid for the item. However, there is no money on my PayPal or on hold. What should I do? Thank you.

Scroll down your listing to see what paypal address you put for payment. The money will have gone to that account. 

If it is wrong, but a valid email for you, add that email to your paypal account and the money will come through.

Hi, thanks for the advice. However, I have been using eBay for many years and this is the first time this has happened. I have connected the same PayPal to my eBay account for previous transactions and this is the first time this has happened. The PayPal connected to my account has not changed and I am yet to receive the money.
