New rules for click & Collect are confusing? Can you only use the service for items with a starting price of £5?
I have items priced at £3.99 and go up to £85. Click & Collect is either opt-in or op-out for all listings.
Not sure what the new rules mean? or what to do now? as you can't choose which listings to apply the service to.

ebay chooses which items show click & collect after you have opted in
click & collect will only be shown on items with a start price of £5 or more
