£1 fees on out of stock listings

So I have the out of stock option enabled on my listings. I sold an item and the listing went oos and hidden, I got charged £1 fee on this as I'm in the promotion . Now if I update this listing to add 1 more to this listing will ebay count this as a multiple quantity listing and charge me 10% or still £1 fee. Is it possible to keep updating the listing to 1 available after I sell each item on this listing and get £1 fees?

first things first,

you are clearly trading so you need to

Upgrade to a Business Account

as a business seller you are not entitled to the private seller £1 offer,

if you were properly registered as a business seller you would have recieved the business seller offer which does include multi lisings

and creating over 40 listings without an actual item listed for sale just to take advantage of the £1 listing offer is against the rules
