Hello. I have a few questions about basic shop   1. items listed before the opening of the basic shop will be there? 2. Can I run a basic shop as a private seller? 3. If I have a basic shop, can I use the vacation option (suspension of sales for a period of time, e.g. 2 weeks)? 4. Hi, I sold a mobile phone on here a while ago. The customer requested a return as it wasn't working. I messaged him to find out what was wrong and it turns out all it needed was a hard reset. I asked him to do a reset of the phone and try again and it worked. However he wasn't happy so I accepted the return. Ebay gave him untill yesterday 24th June to return it. He hasn't done so. Is it safe to assume that the sale is now complete? I have left the money in PayPal ready to refund up to now. Or should I wait for eBay to say it's complete? I have sent a number of plants as a private seller, each time I have received perfect feedback with no complaints. I've now had a buyer contact me (over a week since the plants were delivered) that they were dead. I am slightly unsure if they are being wholly accurate with me as I find it strange they didn't immediately contact me (or within a few days). The images provided also do not look exactly like the plants I sent, also the plants are "extremely" dead with no leaves which I find very strange too. They have not provided a picture of each of the plants now or the plants when they first arrived. I'm also concerned that they did not plant them properly or follow good aftercare and it was not the delivery that killed the plants (hence why they did not contact me straight away).   I just wanted to get some advice on how I should handle this as I haven't encountered it before and I'm surprised since the rest of our plants have been received perfectly before this! HI Everyone, hopefully soome one can help as my sales are rapidly starting to drop off.   I have a MVL of temp tattoo's - all fine but 2-3 days ago instead of showing the main collage picture of say 20 items it's changed to just one of my listings. (A butterfly tattoo for arguments sake)   From the buyers point of view they can't see I have other buying options on that listing!   I've deleted and uploaded the images again but it's still the same, I've tried from different browsers, different machines and still the same - can anyone help?   I've had a quick google and it looks like this happened before but no one canme up with a fix.   HELLLLP!! ...
