using UK site information can i log USA site?

My ebay account is a UK account so, can I use my email and password to log USA site and list in USA site.I want to use USA site as my primary ebay seller account can I change that Guys?

You have the choice of registering with ebay.co.uk or .com the US site,  you have chosen the UK site.

You would need now to contact eBay Customer Support in your country from the Help & Contact tab above and see if they can change your account place of registration for you.
