Buyers who win an item then say they want to cancel

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with buyers who bid and win an item (sometimes with several bids) then say they want to cancel.  Or those who don't even bother to respond to messages.  I would like to be able to report people for this as it's grossly unfair on a seller.

"I would like to be able to report people for this as it's grossly unfair on a seller."

That iswhat an unpaid case does, gets on their record and you can block bidders with two or more unpaid strikes. "Buyer Preferences".

Far more effective than reporting anything to ebay, they do nothing, because they already have the tools in place.

when you have a non payer you need to complete a non payment case to get your final value fees refunded and give them a non payment strike

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

then add the non payers ID to your blocked list

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

then set you bidder requirements to block bidders with two or more non payment strikes in the last 12 months
