Picture wrong on Multi Value Listing

HI Everyone, hopefully soome one can help as my sales are rapidly starting to drop off.

I have a MVL of temp tattoo's - all fine but 2-3 days ago instead of showing the main collage picture of say 20 items it's changed to just one of my listings. (A butterfly tattoo for arguments sake)

From the buyers point of view they can't see I have other buying options on that listing!

I've deleted and uploaded the images again but it's still the same, I've tried from different browsers, different machines and still the same - can anyone help?

I've had a quick google and it looks like this happened before but no one canme up with a fix.

This Main Picture fault is a technical problem that eBay are aware of ,  and  it is affecting many,  you are not alone!

Members have reported that if you contact eBay CS from the Help & Contact tab above you will have to scroll around for a Live Chat option as phone lines are down,  and tell them this,  they will pass on your account details to their tech team who deal with it.

Lines open today between 9 a.m. and 6 pm.

Ok, so a quick chat with eBay reveals you're right - there is a bug. 'A couple of day's to fix it' once you've reported it.

Excellent, amazingn how long it takes to fix these things, it's been going on a while too !

I'm a business seller on another account, most of my listings are variation listings, and I've sold almost nothing from any of them since this glitch reared its ugly head. If it's affecting sellers, it's obviously affecting Ebay's bottomline too, so why it's taking so long to correct it is a mystery. Not least because this isn't the first time it's happened, so they should know by now what needs to be done to fix it!

Just as a final update - I had to call eBay again on Sat 27th - same conversation, said they would 'esculate' this for me... And they did. MVL is back up and running.

So are the sales! 🙂
