hi community - my buyer has asked for a refund immediately after buying and before shipping - what process do i follow - i found some disucssion on the community from 2014 on the same subject but wanted confirmation of an old discussion. - thanks awba3

Go to MORE ACTIONS, select Cancel, seect reason "Buyer's Request" and cancel. Buyer gets a refund and you get the selling fee refunded. You do not get any Paypal Fee Refund.

Add buyer to Blocked Bidders List, you don't need buyers like this who cost you money and waste your time.
