Will I be penalised for cancelling an order a buyer hasn't paid for?

I have two sales awaiting payment from the 11th and 14th of June. I have contacted both users and sent invoices but I've had no response 🤷

You don't cancel you start an Unpaid Item case 2 or more complete days after end of auction, via More Actions, far right of item on your My eBay sold page, or Resolution Centre, bottom of any page. If they still don't pay close it after another 4 complete days.

Thank you!! I'm new to this so I haven't had to do it before!! One of the buyers have deleted their account though 🙈

The fees for that sale should have been automatically refunded. Check at your My eBay > Account tab > Summary > View: All account activity/Fees. If not get onto eBay live chat and ask them to refund manually. They're bottom of this:
