Courier Loses Goods, Customer Opens Case, Replacement Sent.

Hi Folks

 

Courier lost goods, customer opened a Case, I responded by sending Replacements, customer now happy.

 

There is an email trail.

 

How do I close the Case?

 

Cannot find the method within the maze of details!

 

All help appreciated.

Buyer has to Close the Case. If they don't it will eventually Time Out in about 30 days.
