 buyer wanted to cancel transaction for a phone he brought which I kindly allowed him to do, it cost me £5.00 in transaction fees from pay pal he paid those fees. I paid the perosn back his 138.00 vis paypal the transaction methord he used to pay for the phone with.    The transaction details are paypals one  ID3JU45930AH160911U paid 20/2/21  TIME APPROX  21.10 pm  You stated there is a hold on my item being relisted, please can you take off hold as I want to relist and I do not see why I should not bew allowed to do so.  The person said his dasughter bid and paid for the phone whilst he was asleep, but when speaking to me he stated he said there was a crack in the screen which was highlighted when advertising the phone.  Please allow me to relist. How can sellers safely sell evouchers on eBAY? I thought the eBAY platform was a "bulletproof" one for selling items but unfortunately in my case their system has been exploited by a con buyer.   I narrowly lost everything after the sale (the buyer got his/her money back from Paypal after filing a false  "unauthorised transaction" and the code I sold him/her). I was lucky enough that Amazon refunded the entire value of the voucher to my Amazon account but I might not be so lucky next time.   Any advice? ... View more

After about 3 hours I tried again once, I also agreed to pay for the Milgamma N product for 50 pounds and it appeared that the transaction could not be made. Hi Do you know what happens when a buyer hasn't received an item?  I have proof of postage as it was only a standard postage on the listing.  I have supplied the buyer with this information.  I can only see where there is anything regarding getting a signature but in this case it was only standard postage as stated.  Do I have to refund or is it something the buyer has to take up with Royal Mail?  I'm a bit unsure as I can prove it was posted but how do I get proof that they honestly haven't received it? We have listing visability issues with ebay. After chasing the issue some 2 weeks on we were told that there was no feedback from a ticket risen to there I.T dept  but it was a known issue. I sell quite a bit on here and i get regular messages from buyers claiming they have not recived thier items, When i check the tracking it always shows as delivered  and when i point this out to  the buyer they usually come back with some lame reply, the latest one today was "Well I haven't bad them it doesn't matter my wife is in a mental health hospital so I have inuff to worry about thanks . *** it is strange this buyer had the time to ask for a refund but not to open a case with ebay, I have had them all over the last 12 months, i do report them to ebay but of course never get a reply, I wondered if any other buyers were getting the same problem and what they were doing about it, Occasionally i get really busy and dont put in the tracking numbers that is a real eye opener as the number of messages and false claims really shoots up  , untill of course i point out i have tracking number which shows parcel delivered  ...
