£ 100 theft from account

My name is Viorel. On 19.02.2021 I paid 50 pounds on eBay for the product Milgamma N. It appeared that the transaction was not made. After about 3 hours I tried again once, I also agreed to pay for the Milgamma N product for 50 pounds and it appeared that the transaction could not be made. I opened my account and found that it was taken from the account 100 pounds, without receiving confirmation of delivery of the product.

In addition to the information that has already been given, if you do not receive the goods you have paid for then open an Item Not Received case in the eBay Resolution Centre after the latest estimated date of delivery has passed.  The seller will then have three business days to resolve the matter amicably with you.  If he or she fails to do so then on the fourth day eBay will give you the option to escalate the case for them to step in and make a final decision upon the matter.  Escalate the case to eBay at that point and eBay will more than likely force a total refund of the money that you paid for the unreceived items.

In the event that you have accidentally purchased two items instead of one contact the seller to ask if you could cancel the sale for one of the items, explaining that you bought two in error.  If the unwanted item has not been posted out by the time the seller reads your message then if he or she is a reasonable person the seller ough to agree to cancel the second transaction and refund your money for that item.

It's really impossible to advise because we don't know what exactly you have done.

You've either purchased two of the item, or you haven't purchased any.

Have a look in your purchase history to see if either of them is there, if both items are there you'll know you have made a purchase.

You have the ebay money back guarantee at your disposal.
