As you rightly pointed out you want to increase your selling limit not your buying limit.You need to work your way up by selling more and getting more positive feedback. With 0 feedback you're unlikely to have your selling limit increased.

As others said just cancel the order. It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure he/she thoroughly reads the listing description not yours.

I get your point, but the buyer is now in the process of returning an item in worse condition than it was sold. Even with a "return accepted within 14 days" I would have suffered a loss anyway.
