Does anyone (business sellers) know if there are any reports you can download on ebay that show an accurate net sales figure, net of returns, including VAT?  I am UK based.   Currently I use Linnworks as a multi channel listing tool but the figures never quite tally.  If I can get a report from the various sites, I think they would be a better starting point.   I can't believe I'm the only one with this issue.   Thank you..... ... I have sold a fire bin which because of its size was for collection only.  The buyer paid almost immediately but has not responded to any of my messages about collection. What should I do ? I received a message to say if I dont send photo ID ebay will keep my money on items I sold. I call that black mail.  I do not have my pictures all over the internet and Do not trust Ebay to keep my passport information safe as been hacked many times.....so I guess you keep my money. ... View more

Forced by Ebay to accept condition to refund a Buyer who broke item. As they said it was my fault i explained to Ebah i am not accepting because then i can not put in for a claim.  I sent item in good faith. Either buyer or courier.  As buyer spend so long to do anythin i assume he wasnt happy with item and broke it. Anyway point is Ebay said im not at fault. But shut case and refunded him through my account and telling me they didnt. So they screwed me over. Paypal ivestigated and the amount was refunded through my account ( i never agreed to that?). Back and forth back and forth. Had hosp with stress and blood pressure up.  Everytime staff either ignored or left chat.  Now saying they have issued payment back to me and havnt. So much illegal and fraud. And had enough. Put me throught the mill and not accepting responsible. Wanting reimbursed for item. Taxi to and from hosp. And if they keep going then its will be more than that. Just honestly sick of being lied to. Hi,   I've just sold an item and thought I would be paid through paypal (as have been in the past).   Ebay prompted me to send an invoice, which I did. Buyer said they couldn't pay and I needed to change something??? I added my bank details but they still can't pay??? What am I doing wrong? Have sold many things in the past... Hello, I am an eBay seller and selling for a long. yesterday I created a second eBay account to sell accessories and machines separately. The problem starts there number one packlink does not recognize my orders "order not found" message comes up when I try to create a posting label. The second issue is I usually get paid in my bank account now I will be paid a PayPal account and funds will be kept on hold for few weeks. Lastly, my listing price is in dollars instead of Pounds Sterling. another thing I need to know is .. does a second eBay account leave a negative impression on your sale?
